BareNatural is a combination of barefoot and natural. And the main aim is Strength to support natural movement/natural movement to support strength, and applying these to running as a major form of natural movement. The program begins with simplicity getting the body ready for whats needed. We where born to run and move naturally but various lifestyle factors now prevent us from just getting up and doing these things. It is though important for health to return to these states as soon as possible and for that we need to build up the strength and reconnect our body to the principles and functions that drive Barefoot and Natural Movement.
